Наиболее существенным событием прошедшей недели стал обвал на американском рынке. Как всегда, ничего не предвещало беды, … и в среду 10 октября, основные американские индексы рухнули на 3-4 %%. Столь массовый сброс биржевых позиций обусловлен сильными ожиданиями коррекции, которой в США не было, практически 10 лет. Уже давно пора.
Техническая картина по индексу Dow Jones Industrial Average разворотная. На weekly графике мы видим двойную вершину. Вчера в пятницу индексы DOW, SP500 и Nasdaq закончили торги на уровне техничкой поддержки по MA200. Если на будущей неделе, до среды, мы увидим пробой этого уровня, то сигнал на разворот тренд вниз можно будет считать подтвержденным.
Фундаментальной причиной к коррекции на мировых рынках является глобальный процесс deleverage – т.е. уменьшение финансового рычага, из-за повышения процентной ставки. Особенностью этого процесса является то, что количество продавцов, которые ранее приобретали и на свои и на маржинальные деньги, существенно превышает количество покупателей, которые теперь используют преимущественно свой капитал, не прибегая к займам.
Удивляет устойчивость курса рубля, которую мы наблюдали на прошедшей неделе. При падении котировок нефти за неделю более чем на 4%, курс рубля к доллару снизился менее чем на 1%. Может это приток иностранного капитала? ))) Но если без шуток, то рубль имеет хорошую фундаментальную поддержку, что бы быть стабильной валютой: из-за профицита госбюджета, который по вновь опубликованным данным составляет порядка 3,5%, а так же на фоне положительного сальдо текущего счета, которое увеличилось в 2018 году практически вчетверо, относительно 2017 года.
Наиболее вероятным рыночным сценарием видится снижение на западных рынках, в первую очередь на биржах в Северной Америки, и относительно спокойная динамика (умеренная коррекция) на российском рынке.
Ценные бумаги, рекомендуемые к покупке (с инвестиционными целями)
Рекомендации, в целом остаются неизменными. Покупать ОФЗ, они являются компромиссным вариантом между риском и доходностью, и способны принести доходность по купону + курсовому росту от 8% до 18% годовых с горизонтом 2 года.
Облигации: ОФЗ выпусков 46020, 46022, 26225, 26224, 26223, 26212, 52001, 52002.
Акции: Полиметалл, Северсталь, ММК, НЛМК, ТМК, Акрон, ОВК, ОАК, ВСМПО Ависма, Соллерс, Протэк, Сбербанк, Московская биржа.

With a free account you can draw one floor plan. If you need more floor plans or more and better features, please consider upgrading to our Plus or Pro accounts.
How can I pay for a Plus or Pro account?
It’s easy to purchase Floorplanner subscriptions online. You can pay with the following methods: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Paypal, iDEAL, AliPay, DineroMail, DIRECTebanking, ELV, SafetyPay and Solo.
How will you bill me?
Our Plus account is billed per year. Pro users can choose whether they want to pay per month or per year. After you set up your payment, you don’t have to worry about your billing anymore. To make things easy, we will handle following payments automatically. All invoices will be sent to you, so you will always be up to date.
Do you charge VAT?
Users living in the European Union will be charged 21% VAT. Other countries will be charged 0% VAT. The prices you see on our website are without VAT.
Can I cancel my account any time?
You can. Of course we’ll make sure you can keep using your account until the end of the period you’re already billed for.
Do you offer discounts?
Yep. Pro users get 2 months for free by paying per year. The payment needs to take place up front.
Do you offer special plans for educational and
non-profit organizations?
Can I use a Plus account for professional purposes?
Unfortunately not. But because of all the great benefits of a Pro account, why would you? 😉
Concerning multiple logins: can everyone using the account see the billing info?
Only the administrator of the account will get all the info and updates about billing.
Can I change my plan later on?
Yes. You can always up- and downgrade your plan.

How does 3D rendering work?
In the floor plan editor you can choose different ways to export your floor plan. The 3Drender is one of them. For every render you can choose from what angle the plan should be rendered. When the render is finished, we send it to you by email. Delivery time depends on the size your plan.
